For advanced users who probably already know how and where settings are in Windows, suggested content may not be of much value and may add additional distractions when using Windows.

How to disable suggested content with in Settings in Windows 11
As mentioned above, Windows has a feature known as suggested content which can offer you suggestions throughout Settings. New users and students may find these suggestions useful, but for advanced users, it can add additional distractions in Windows.
Below is how to disable or enable it.
Windows 11 has a centralized location for majority of its settings. From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from the System Settings pane.
To get to System Settings, you can use the Windows key + i shortcut or click on Start ==> Settings as shown in the image below:
Alternatively, you can use the search box on the taskbar and search for Settings. Then select to open it.
Windows Settings pane should look similar to the image below. In Windows Settings, click Privacy & security, then on the right pane, and select the General tile to expand it.
On the General settings pane, select the tile that reads “Show me suggested content in the Settings app”, then toggle the button to the Off position to disable.
You can exit the Settings app.
How to enable suggested content within Settings in Windows 11
By default suggested content is enabled in Windows 11. However, if you previously disabled it and you wish to re-enable, simply reverse the steps above by:
Go to Start > Settings > Privacy & security > General. Turn off Show me suggested content in the Settings app.
That should do it!
