Another way to switch between accounts is from the Start menu on that Taskbar. To do that, click on the Start menu, then click on your account name (image), and select the account you want to switch to on the list.
How to switch user from shutdown dialog windows
In Windows, when you press the ALT + F4 keys on your keyboard, a shutdown dialog windows should appear. First press the WIN + D keys to make the current windows active. Then press ALT + F4 keys on your keyboard to bring up the shutdown dialog windows.
From there select Switch user.
How to switch user from CTL + ALT + DEL windows
One way to switch user accounts in Windows is by press the CTRL + ALT + DEL keys to begin up a dialog windows. Then select Switch user on the list.
